Obtaining the quote and accepting it was easy and appropriately quick. However, I had a question about the implications of use in voluntary work, and for this I used the Chat feature. This took well over an hour, to the point that I ended one attempt and started again.

who you employ cannot speak good English also you charge way over the normal price, start charging more after you get People to pay for insurance.
I changed my vehicle which was on a Sunday, I could not get other quotes as I needed to drive the vehicle that day,.
If I could put no stars then I would.

Not good on line so phoned number you e mailed me.Some woman eventually answered and I.asked about quote on line.She refused to discuss it and said I had to do it on line.I finally got help to get quote on line but kept refusing card so phoned again this time got a very pleasant and patient gentleman who got the payment through.

3 hours agoI took out car insurance with this company and have just had a phone call to say that I had not declared a claim when a fox hit my car. This is rubbish I was completely open about this claim and they are now asking for a further £150. I spoke to a friend who had a very similar experience. I am still trying to speak to someone in authority. When I asked I was just left hanging on the phone
