A STUDY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PERCEPTION TOWARDS ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY APP WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO ZOMATO

Technology is increasingly spreading into India's poorest areas because of cheaper data and improved digital infrastructure. Recently, consumers have begun placing online meal orders. In India, the fastfood industry is expanding quickly due to changing lifestyles and eating patterns. This study looks at customer satisfaction and perceptions of online food delivery services that are quickly transforming India's food service sector. The goal is to understand the driving elements, their perceptions, demands, how various qualities of various online portals are positioned in their minds, and how satisfied they are overall with online food delivery services. The study is analyzed with the help of SPSS and Jamovi software. The data for the research was 150 customers. The study shows that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the Zomato food delivery app and they have a good image in terms of pricing, food quality, packaging, delivery speed, coupons, and discounts.
